Dr Elizabeth Iskander – Elizabeth Iskander is a research fellow at the German Institute of Global and Area Studies and research consultant at Libya Business TV. She holds a Ph.D. in Politics and International Studies from the University of Cambridge and has previously held two research fellowships at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her research focuses on conflict prevention, power and identity, and politics and religion in the Middle East, with an emphasis on Egypt. She is the author of “Sectarian Conflict in Egypt: Coptic media, identity and representation”.
Mina Monir – Mina Monir is a Middle East analyst and Ph.D. candidate at King’s College London. He has published articles on the politics, culture and religion of the Middle East and is currently chief editor and manager at Libya Business TV. The author of several theological works in Arabic, his main areas of expertise are Egyptian affairs and Biblical studies.
